They feed on Lactose as a source of energy, thus consuming it and giving a low lactose Mozzarella the natural way!

Cut by hand, it can weigh from 50gr to 2000 gr, and everything in between, round or twisted, and in foils.
Smaller ones may be plain or filled with a stuff, usually a cherry tomato, as you can see below, or an olive
Shelf Life is 10 days for plain ones, and 5 days for filled ones
